By booking or using our programmes, the school, parent or authorised representative agrees to provide accurate information and follow the agreed programme plan, safety guidance and payment terms.

Programme schedules, fees, deliverables and any special requirements are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Learning materials remain the intellectual property of Holistic Learning and may not be reproduced without permission.

Where a confirmed service cannot be delivered by us, we will offer an alternative date or refund the applicable unused fee. Any refund approved for an eligible booking is returned through the original payment method where possible.

Refund requests must be emailed with booking details. Refund timing and any non-refundable programme costs are communicated in the relevant booking confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to our team. Cancellations, rescheduling and any associated charges are handled in line with the booking confirmation and the programme's committed preparation or third-party costs.

Where possible, we will work with the school or family to reschedule an experience. If we cancel a programme, we will offer a replacement date or refund the applicable unused fee.
